Frontier Dermatology aims to be an inclusive, accessible, and affordable resource for dermatology patients of all backgrounds living throughout the Pacific Northwest. We are currently in-network with a wide range of insurance providers and are constantly working to expand this list. Below are some of the insurance providers we work with.

We recommend that you be aware of your insurance coverage and specific benefits, limitations, and financial responsibilities. With thousands of insurance companies and benefit plans, we are unable to know the details of each individual plan. We attempt to provide care within your insurance benefit allowances, however; our primary concern is to provide the medically appropriate care for you. Please call your insurance provider with our Tax ID Number (26-2636087) to verify your coverage.

Billing FAQ's

We are committed to providing you with the best possible care and we are pleased to discuss our professional and/or facility fees With you at any time. Your clear understanding of our financial policy is Important to our professional relationship. Please ask If you have any questions about our fees or your responsibility as a patient. NSF Returned Check Fee $25.00.

We will bill your claim upon receipt of correct insurance information within 60 days of your appointment. If your insurance information is correct and your plan has denied your claim, please contact your plan first to discuss your claim. Unresolved claim issues preventing the claim from processing will remain in patient responsibility until the claim is reprocessed as per your plan benefits if you did not provide us with correct insurance information upon check-in, you will be billed for the services rendered. For billing questions, please contact our Billing Office at 425-409-0066 Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM.

You are responsible for the amount in the "PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY" box as determined by your insurance plan. Please call your Insurance company at the member services number listed on your insurance card prior to calling our Billing Office for questions regarding your copay, co-insurance, and deductible due.

Payments made in full prior to the statement generation date are not reflected on this statement. Only remaining balances due are shown with each statement generation.
