Elisa Perry

Elisa Perry is a Senior Human Resources Executive with more than 18 years of leadership experience in the education, finance, and staffing fields. She has a successful track record of collaborating with executive teams to achieve excellence by providing people operations, human and organizational development, coaching, and advising at all levels of the organization. Elisa has specific expertise in building HR functions “from the ground up,” creating coherent systems and processes that enable employees, managers, and executives to focus their energy on productivity and innovation.

Elisa holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, and a Bachelor of Arts from American Intercontinental University with a concentration in Organizational Behavior. She is a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional, and holds a specialty certification in People Analytics from the Human Capital Institute. Elisa is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Portland Human Resource Management Association, and the California Chamber of Commerce.

Elisa is an outdoor adventurer, avid birdwatcher, wildlife rescue and rehabilitation volunteer, and live music enthusiast.
