Dr. Amber Fowler is a board-certified dermatologist, a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society for Mohs Surgery. In addition, she has received many honors and awards during her academic and professional career.Dr. Fowler graduated cum laude from the University of Washington; and from the Medical College of Wisconsin. She served her residency at the University of Michigan.A native of Skagit Valley, Dr. Fowler graduated from Anacortes High School. As a local resident, Dr. Fowler thoroughly enjoys the opportunity to help community members look and feel good.
